The room was beautifully decorated with a cozy seating area, shower, and all essential amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the mini bar and that there were free toiletries available! The balcony was perfect for enjoying a quiet street view. The hotel had a nice touch with spa facilities too!

Room sizes are very snug!!! The lack of soundproofing is a struggle, with noise from outside and neighboring rooms disturbing comfort!!! Inconsistent hot water availability during peak times made for frustrating mornings!!!

the hotel is delightful, I suppose, but the lift issue was tragic, and my key card was a joke. absolutely unacceptable that I wasn't offered a complimentary upgrade to make up for it. one might think that a place like this would have their act together, but alas, I just couldn’t leave a good review.

The hotel is wonderfully located just one short block from the tram stop, making it easy to explore Sultanahmet and nearby attractions.

The lift didn't go right to the top of the building, which could be a hassle staying on higher floors.
